Job Overview
The Sales Manager / Technical Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and providing technical and product expertise. This role combines commercial leadership with strong technical knowledge to expand Hytronik’s product portfolio and deliver tailored lighting control solutions to customers.
Responsibilities
Sales Growth & Market Development
- Oversee company sales growth by evaluating sales reports and identifying opportunities for specific products and services
- Develop new customers and explore potential business opportunities
- Maintain long-term cooperative relationships to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Promote the company and its products through high-level marketing and business development activities
- Meet planned sales goals and contribute to overall revenue growth
Customer Management & Business Development
- Provide customers with professional product introductions and technical solutions
- Conduct business negotiations and facilitate contract signing
- Ensure contract performance, including receivables collection
- Prepare travel plans and customer visit reports for approval
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system accurately
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience in a Sales Manager or Technical Sales role is essential
- Experience in lighting control, sensors, or building automation is highly desirable
- Relevant academic background in Engineering, Electronics, Automation, Building Services, or Business/Marketing
- Fluent English (spoken and written) is essential; additional languages are a plus
- Strong technical understanding with the ability to explain complex products clearly
- Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data and market trends
- Willingness to travel internationally as required
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
