System architecture
Lighting devices communicate through the wireless mesh. Mobile applications support on-site commissioning, while gateway and cloud connectivity make monitoring and supported management functions available through the web application.

Supported integration paths include BACnet/IP, Modbus/IP and MQTT. Existing material also shows Terabee, Shelly and EnOcean technologies.
Project verification: exact compatibility depends on the Koolmesh devices and third-party systems selected. Confirm the required combination with Hytronik before specification.

Security and project control
Koolmesh security spans the mesh network, communications and cloud infrastructure, together with controls for user permissions, project transfer and device updates. Any formal regulatory or compliance statement remains subject to Hytronik approval.

Koolmesh eliminates the need for expensive cabling and complex commissioning. It offers the same professional features as wired systems, but with faster setup, lower costs, and easier scalability.
A single Koolmesh network can handle up to 500 devices. For larger projects, multiple networks can be linked together across buildings or campuses.
Koolmesh supports offline commissioning. However, users must log in to the Koolmesh app and create a new network before performing offline commissioning onsite.
Because Koolmesh is a true mesh network, communication is shared across all devices. If one fails, the rest continue to operate normally.
Yes. Koolmesh connects with BMS platforms via BACnet, Modbus and MQTT, while supporting DALI and other lighting standards for flexible deployment.
