How long is the training?
There's no fixed length — and that's deliberate. Every session is scoped to your team, your project and your starting point. That might be a focused half-day, a full day, or a structured programme across several sessions. We agree the right format with you when you get in touch.
Where does the training take place?
Wherever works best for you: at our offices or yours. We confirm the location with you when we scope your session.
How much does it cost?
Right now the training is free — these first editions are free while we launch the programme. We confirm anything else specific to your session when we scope it with you — no surprises.
Is it worth it?
Absolutely. You'll see Koolmesh working in real environments — offices, high-ceiling warehouses, staircases, corridors, restrooms — real situations that show how the system behaves and how to configure it efficiently. Most attendees say this practical part is what really makes everything "click".
Is this training for me?

Do I need prior knowledge?
No previous experience is required. We start from the basics and move into real configurations, commissioning steps and project scenarios. If you already have experience, you'll go deeper; if not, you'll still follow everything comfortably.
Do I need to bring anything?
Just your phone or tablet if you want to try the Koolmesh app during the session. We provide all demo boxes, sensors, drivers and materials needed for the hands-on training.
How many people can attend?
We keep groups small so everyone gets real hands-on time with the system. For bespoke or on-site sessions, we agree the numbers with you based on the format and the space. Where places are limited, early registration is recommended.
