Your mission

We are looking for a Sales Engineer – Lighting Controls to grow our presence in Spain. You will solve real customer challenges, work with intelligent technology and build strong, long-term commercial relationships.

What you will do

  • Advise clients on the Hytronik lighting-control ecosystem, including sensors, drivers, DALI and Bluetooth solutions.
  • Develop and manage relationships with OEMs, contractors, engineers and wholesalers.
  • Prepare project quotations, track deals through CRM and follow up on sales opportunities.
  • Visit clients to present products, provide support and resolve technical issues.
  • Identify new project leads across Madrid and northern Spain.

What you bring

  • At least three years of experience in lighting control, building automation or electrical systems.
  • Strong knowledge of OEM requirements, DALI, Bluetooth, LED drivers and HVAC integration.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, spoken and written.
  • A driven, independent and customer-focused mindset.
  • Willingness to travel regularly.
