Our German branch, Hytronik Central Europe GmbH, is based at our new facility in Diez (65582).
Your mission
We are looking for a Sales Engineer – Lighting Controls to drive sales of our lighting sensor products in Germany and beyond. You will build lasting client relationships, support customers technically and collaborate closely with our international teams.
What you will do
- Promote and sell the Hytronik lighting sensor portfolio, achieving personal sales goals and revenue targets.
- Understand customer needs and provide valuable input to product development and commercial strategy.
- Identify and engage new clients, building strong and long-term partnerships.
- Deliver professional product presentations, negotiate contracts and oversee deal execution.
- Collaborate with product, technical support and customer service teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Attend exhibitions and industry events to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records through CRM.
What you bring
- At least two years of experience in lighting sensors or a related sales role, such as lighting, building automation or sensor technology.
- A good understanding of lighting sensor performance, applications and relevant industry standards.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with a proactive attitude.
- Fluency in German and English; Chinese is an advantage.
- Current residence in Germany and willingness to travel regularly.
