Founded in 2007, we operate a state-of-the-art R&D and production center in Guangdong, China, with growing offices in the UK, Spain, and now Germany. Our German branch, Hytronik Central Europe GmbH, is located in Diez (PLZ 65582), where we’ve recently established a new facility. As we grow our footprint in Central Europe, we’re looking for a talented Sales Engineer to join our team.

Your Mission

You’ll be responsible for driving sales of our lighting sensor products in Germany and beyond. We’re seeking someone who can build lasting client relationships, support customers technically, and collaborate closely with our global teams.

What You'll Do

  • Promote and sell Hytronik’s lighting sensor portfolio, achieving personal sales goals and revenue targets
  • Understand customer needs and provide valuable input to product development and strategy
  • Identify and engage new clients, building strong, long-term partnerships
  • Deliver professional product presentations, negotiate contracts, and oversee deal execution
  • Collaborate with internal product, tech support and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Attend exhibitions and events to boost brand visibility and lead generation
  • Maintain customer data in CRM and ensure records are accurate and up to date

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in lighting sensors or related sales roles (lighting, building automation, sensors)
  • Good understanding of lighting sensor performance, applications, and industry standards
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with a proactive attitude
  • Fluency in German and English (Chinese is a plus)
  • Currently living in Germany and open to regular travel
