You purchase the material through your preferred channel, and installation follows the recommendations included in the proposal. Our technical support team stays with you throughout — from commissioning services to fine-tuning on site whenever you need it.

Frequently asked questions

Is it really free?

Yes. The service is free of charge, designed especially for those first projects where getting to grips with the full catalogue, or finding the right solution, takes time. We give priority to existing customers and to projects with real potential. That said, our team reviews a limited number of projects each month, so we can't take on every enquiry that reaches us — the sooner you get in touch, and the more context you give us, the better.

Will you only recommend Hytronik products?

We start from what you need, not from our catalogue. We do design with our own devices, but always built on open standards (DALI, Bluetooth), so the solution fits your installation and the infrastructure you already have in place — wherever that's technically viable.

Am I obliged to buy if I request a review?

No. The proposal is there to support your decision, with no obligation to purchase. You're left with a technical plan you can use to move forward however you see fit.

What information do you need to get started?

Whatever you have available: drawings or schematics, installation type, mounting heights, zones, control logic… Nothing needs to be finalised. The more context you give us, the more useful the proposal will be — but we can make a start with very little.

Do I need to send you the drawing in CAD?

Not at all. We accept CAD, but we prefer a clean PDF drawing: we annotate everything in Bluebeam, which works on PDF, so we can return the marked-up drawing to you exactly as it will appear in the final proposal. If CAD is all you have, that works for us too.

How long does it take?

We confirm receipt of your enquiry within two working days and begin working on the solution. Within one week you'll receive a proposal that's ready to move forward.

And after the proposal — who installs or commissions it?

You purchase the material through your usual channel, and installation follows the recommendations included in the proposal. Our technical team remains on hand to support you with commissioning and any other help you need.

What kind of projects do you cover?

We work mainly with lighting control projects that have real potential — offices, industrial, retail and the like. As we review a limited number each month, we prioritise those with a clear opportunity or a defined technical requirement.

Are my data and project details kept confidential?

Yes. The information you share with us is used solely to design your proposal, and is treated in strict confidence.
