HVC12 is a Modbus RTU FCU thermostat designed for room-level HVAC control in commercial and residential buildings. It supports 2-pipe and 4-pipe fan coil systems with 3-speed fan and On/Off valve control, while the 4-inch colour touchscreen provides clear and intuitive local operation. Programmable scheduling supports temperature management across different operating periods. Powered by 24V AC/DC and designed for standard 86-type wall-box installation, it integrates neatly into indoor spaces. RS485 Modbus RTU enables operating status and control data to be integrated with compatible BMS platforms for centralised monitoring and control.
